City manager purchasing cap established

CUSHING — A new purchasing cap for the city manager was established during the regular monthly commissioners meeting last Monday night.On April 20 commissioners approved Resolution 02-2026 which updates the city’s purchasing policies to align with recent changes to the city charter.
