PCA increase explained

Complaints of utility bill increases have been floating around Cushing community social media groups for several months, with individuals stating they have received PCA (power cost adjustments) in upwards of $60 or more. So, how did a cost that was originally estimated for just over $3 skyrocketed?

Cushing redistricted to 4A-3

Every two years, schools find out which district they will be a part of due to redistricting. This past offseason it was announced that Cushing would be redistricted to class 4A district three. Cushing has been toeing the line of 3A and 4A for the last 5-10 years.
