Boxing promotion company, Top Rank Boxing announces that their August 14 boxing card will be live from the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The main event will be the third fight between Joshua Franco and Andrew Maloney for the WBA (Regular) junior bantamweight (115 pounds) championship title.

Bogle 15th at July 4 race

Cushing motocross rider Justin Bogle celebrated the July 4 weekend with round four of the 2021 Pro Motocross Outdoor Championship at its celebratory stop at RedBud MX in Buchanan, MI. It was another solid day for the Cushing native who showed some speed to take 15th overall.

A storm that moved across the state on the evening of July 10 caused severe damage to two local businesses: Cimarron Valley Sod Farms and McKinney Bob and Son’s Custom Butchering.

One fatality in Ripley Crash

One person is dead, one injured in a single car collision that occurred northwest of Ripley on Union and East 80 Rd. according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
