Large quake rattles Perry

A 4.2 magnitude earthquake struck about 6 miles northwest of Perry Saturday night, and was felt in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Norman and as far away as southern Kansas.

Perkins woman killed in rollover accident near Drumright

A 69 year old Perkins woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident Sunday, just west of Drumright. According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Justin Littlesun, Carolyn Wentzel, of Perkins, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt westbound on SH 33, two miles west of Drumright, just before 4 p.m.
