Delores Patton, age 95, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020, with family in Houston, TX. She was the Widow of Carlos Patton, and they shared 47 years of love and marriage together. Born in Drumright, OK, she was the daughter of Charles R. Giddeon and Nannie Morgan Giddeon. Delores loved to tell stories of growing up with six siblings on the family farm NE of Drumright, OK. She attended Tiger Elementary and Drumright High School.

Delores was a full time Housewife and Seamstress, Family Mentor, Volunteer and Friend of all. Her apple pies were a Legend in the family. She was well known for her kindness and eff orts to help those in need. Among her favorite projects was preparing care packages for our brave troops serving overseas. Delores loved to travel with family to exciting places such as Norway, Scotland, England, Wyoming, and Hawaii.

Delores Patton is survived by her son, Jim Patton and his wife, Sandra, of Baltimore, MD, and her daughter, Jerry and her husband, Richard Harmon, of Houston, TX. She was the proud Grandma to her beloved grandchildren: Derek Patton of Chandler, AZ, Nika Brusatori of Houston, TX, Kendra Clark of Fayetteville, NC, David Harmon of Pearland, TX, and Andrea Kadish of Baltimore, MD. Great Grandchildren called her Grandma or Gigi, and she loved to watch them play and grow. They are: Ethan, Keira, Harrison, Charlotte, Austin, Bevin, Corinne, Matthew, Kaylee, Arthur and Evelyn.

Delores Patton was predeceased by her husband, Carlos, in 1989. She is survived by her sisters LouElla Hayes of Lake Eufaula, Juliene Dorsey of Drumright, and Sue Weatherford of Wyoming. She was predeceased by her brothers, Odell Giddeon of Drumright and Don Giddeon of Portland, OR, and one sister, Charliene Cox of Midland, TX. Delores found a lifetime of joy with her brothers and sisters, always remembering their adventures.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Euchee Valley Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
