Memorial services for Drumright resident Patty Shaw were held on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020, in the memorial chapel of Michael’s Funeral Home if Drumright. Rev. Mark Smith of the Drumright Church of the Nazarene offi ciated. Interment of her cremains followed in the Drumright Greenlawn Cemetery. Patty was bron in Champaign, Illinois, on Serpt. 8, 1955, to the late James Ray Shaw and Geraldine (Vandiver) Shaw, She passed from this life at her residence on Nov. 18, 2020 at the age of 65 years, two months and 10 days. Patty was raised in several places due to her father being in the United Statea Air Force. She had spent time in Europe where her father was stationed, but the family eventually settled in Riverside, California. She lived there for several months until moving to Drumright in 1996 to be closer to her parents. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Shaw.
Her remaining family includes an aunt, Patricia Lang of Florida and numerous cousins and other relatives.
