Brian Todd Ruskin, 64, passed from his earthly life Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at his home.He was born July 12, 1961 in Cushing, Oklahoma, the son of Melange Roy Rudkin and Carolyn Sherrill Rudkin. In addition to his parents Todd was preceded in death by his wife, Michelle Frey Rudkin.
