A few weeks ago, I outlined my Senate bill after it passed its subcommittee. I'm glad to share that Senate Bill 281 passed the second hurdle, the full House Appropriations & Budget Committee on Wednesday, which means it's now eligible to be heard on the House floor.

We’ve now passed the deadline for Senate committees to vote on bills sent over from the House, and have until April 27 to complete floor votes on those measures the committees approved.
