Boyd Oscar Whipkey was born March 24th, 1935 in Drumright, Oklahoma to Doshia (Caudle) and Leonard Oscar Whipkey. He passed away at his home in Cheyenne, Oklahoma at the age of 87 years, 11 months and 5 days. Boyd grew up in the Cushing area where he attended school graduating in 1951.

Frances Marie (Stowers) Tharp passed away on March 12, 2023 following a brief illness. Frances was born to Edwin T. and Mary Stowers on June 24, 1940 in Cushing, Oklahoma. She attended Cushing High School and lived in the Happy Valley area as a child.
